- You are a licensed insurance agent and hold appropriate resident and non-resident licenses for every state and product you contact or represent.
- You will follow all applicable calling, texting, email, privacy, and solicitation laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state Do-Not-Contact requirements.
- You will maintain any consent records required by law.
- You will not use lead data for purposes other than following up on the consumer's inquiry.
- You will not share, resell, or transfer lead data outside your agency without written permission.
- You understand leads do not guarantee sales, appointments, or policy approvals.
