No Guarantees
Lead delivery does not guarantee contact, appointments, applications, sales, commissions, policy approvals, or exclusivity unless expressly stated in your order.
Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable calling, texting, email, privacy, do-not-contact, insurance, solicitation, and advertising laws, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state DNC lists, and any carrier-specific requirements.
Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer lead data outside your own agency without written permission.
Termination
YesYesYes Leads may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.
