Agents may submit a Replacement Request through the dashboard when a lead may have an issue such as invalid phone number, duplicate, incorrect state, clearly fake information, or the consumer stating they did not submit the inquiry.
All requests are reviewed by YesYesYes Leads administrators. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Decisions consider factors including timeliness of the request, evidence provided, and the nature of the issue.
Approved replacements are typically issued as credit toward additional leads.
